The goal of the Delphi Project is to define, design and establish a permanent, self-sustaining community, "Delphi," on Earth's Moon.

I think America should take the lead in space exploration and research as it is the greatest nation on Earth. America should do the things said by Nasa adninidstrator Charles F Bolden Jr.
